How we work

Five steps from first call to launch

Each step ends with something you can read, click or run, so you can see progress without taking our word for it.

See our full process
  1. Discovery call

A free 30-minute call about your goals, users, deadline and budget. You receive a short written summary and our honest view on whether we can help.

  2. Scope and quote

We break the work into features, flag the risky parts and agree what the first release includes. You receive a written scope, a week-by-week plan and a fixed-scope quote.

  3. Build in weekly iterations

We work in one-week cycles and demo working software at the end of each. You receive a staging link that is always up to date and a short progress note every week.

  4. Launch

We set up hosting, monitoring and backups, then release to real users. You receive the live product, admin access to every account and handover documentation.

  5. Support

We fix launch issues and plan the next release with you based on real usage. You receive 30 days of bug fixes and a prioritized list of next steps.

Ways to work with us

Pick how we work together

Start with a short discovery sprint, agree a fixed scope and price for a first release, or add a dedicated team to your roadmap.

  • Discovery sprint

One to two weeks to turn an idea or a messy problem into a clear scope, a prototype or a technical plan. Suits teams that are not ready to commit to a full build yet.

  • Fixed-scope project or MVP

An agreed set of features for an agreed price and timeline. Suits founders and teams with a clear first release in mind who need to know the cost up front.

  • Dedicated team

Engineers and a designer working only on your product, month to month, alongside your own team. Suits companies with a long roadmap and changing priorities.

  • Time and materials

You pay for the hours worked, reported weekly. Suits audits, maintenance and research-heavy work where the scope cannot be fixed in advance.

Who we work with

Who we work best with

If one of these sounds like you, we should talk.

  • Founders building a first product

You know your market and customers, and you need a team to design, build and launch the first version.

  • Growing companies without a large tech team

You run on spreadsheets and SaaS tools and need custom software, automation or a data platform that fits how you work.

  • Product teams adding AI

You have an existing product and want AI features or agents that hold up on real data, with tests to prove it.

  • Teams that want to be involved

Someone on your side can join a weekly demo and answer questions within a day or two.

Frequently asked questions

How do you price projects?

After a free discovery call we write a scope and give you a fixed-scope quote for the first release. Ongoing or open-ended work is priced as a dedicated team or time and materials, reported weekly.

How long does a project take?

A focused MVP or first release usually fits in 6 to 12 weeks. Smaller pieces take less: an AI prototype usually two to three weeks, a first data pipeline three to four, and a supervised agent pilot three to five. The scope document includes a week-by-week plan.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do. Code lives in your repository from the first commit, and all code, designs and IP transfer to you once the invoices for that work are paid.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share anything confidential.
